OVERBOARDING WALLS

No More Ply is ideal for overboarding walls. ‘Dot and Dab’ 6mm No More Ply boards with single part flexi rapid set adhesive. No More Ply is also great for overboarding brickwork, plastered or even previously tiled walls. Mega Strength Polyurethane Adhesive can be used in these cases for maximum adhesion but please be aware that it foams on curing and therefore must be supported by plugging and screwing the boards. Failure to do this may see the board rise away from the wall surface as the adhesive dries. Priming the boards before tiling will improve adhesion for the tiles to the board.

For timber stud walls use 1200 x 900 x 9mm thick No More Ply boards, 35mm No More Ply screws and Mega Strength Adhesive.

Wet Rooms
For wet room applications always lay No More Ply boards on the floor before overboarding the walls to help form a good seal along the wall to floor joints. Waterproof all joints with Mega Strength Polyurethane Adhesive. To make No More Ply boards completely waterproof, we recommend sealing the surface with 2 coats of SBR primer (1 part SBR to 3 parts water).

Underfloor Heating
No More Ply boards are heat resistant and will not shrink or expand with temperature like plywood. As such they are ideal for all underfloor heating applications.
